Tea drinking is not only an ancient Chinese ritual but also a way to quench your thirst, prevent different illnesses and improve health. There is a wide range of teas with unique taste and characteristics, so everyone can choose the most tasty and wholesome product.

Tea protects against cancer, reduces risk of heart attack, helps the body’s system to fight off infection and also protects bones. Best of all it does not have any calories http://yourtotalhealth.ivillage.com/top-10-health-benefits-drinking-tea.html?pageNum=1

Exam time causes a lot of stress, and students at the University of Latvia sometimes favour a cup of camomile or peppermint tea when things get tense. Energy teas are available http://www.crazyfortea.com/herblist.html or a tea mix (for example, green tea with peppermint or jasmine tea).

Tea parties with interesting costumes or dress can be as much fun as parties where alcoholic cocktails are served. Tea can also be served in colourful glasses and decorated with fruits, spices, candies, but the decoration depends on the theme http://www.herbs-teas.com/decorating.html
